DESCRIPTION:Join us on this special day – International PMO Day – as we focus on one of the ways that PMOs contribute to an organisation’s continuous learning culture by bringing learning into the ‘flow of work’ with communities of practice. \nWhat better day to learn about communities of practice by joining your own community of practice at the House of PMO! \nIn this session we focus on what communities of practice are and how the PMO can take responsibility for running them. We will look at the three-part process of initiating\, supporting\, and sustaining communities of practice within organisations. \nAnd because it is International PMO Day\, we will also be sharing ideas on what to include within PMO focused communities of practice that help bring your PMO team together. \nThe session is open to all PMO practitioners!
